UK Next Day Delivery
Cost: £6.95
Delivery Time: Order by 2pm for next working day delivery
International Delivery
Cost: £9.95 (Free on orders over £100)
Delivery Time: 5-10 working days
Please note that customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
If you're not home, our delivery partner will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collection.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Sialen Rosad jewellery, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns process.
How to Return
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact. For Hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings or belly rings unless faulty.
Return Process: Please contact our customer service team at customerexperience@sialenrosad.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with return instructions.
UK Returns
Cost: Free returns within the UK. A prepaid returns label will be provided.
International Returns
Cost: International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving your return.
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item when you have been issued with a refund.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or belly rings unless they are faulty.
What if my jewellery is faulty?
