Klarna Payments
We offer payment options through Klarna Bank AB (publ), based in Stockholm, Sweden. Payments must be made to Klarna. Klarna’s "Pay Later" options are unregulated credit agreements. Please ensure you only borrow what you can afford to repay. Late payments may negatively affect your credit status. These options are available only to UK residents over 18, subject to status. Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you agree to purchase a product under these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. We aim to dispatch items within 48 business hours if they are in stock. Our acceptance of your order occurs upon dispatch of the products.

Order Process: By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, that you are the authorised user of the payment method used, and that sufficient funds are available. The contract is formed upon dispatch of the goods.

Pricing: Prices on our website include VAT but exclude delivery costs. Prices are listed in British Pound Sterling. In the event of pricing errors, we will notify you immediately, and you may choose to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel.

Discount Codes: Promotional discount codes may be offered but cannot be combined with other offers. Some items may be excluded from discounts.

Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders within 48 business hours. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail within the UK, and by our courier partner for international orders. Once goods are dispatched, they are at your risk. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate.

Returns and Faulty Goods: If your product is faulty within 30 days of purchase, return it with proof of purchase for an exchange or refund. After 30 days, we will repair or replace it in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our returns policy.

Liability
If we deliver the wrong goods or faulty products, or if the quantity is incorrect, notify us within 30 days. We will provide a refund or replacement as appropriate. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our Liability to Consumers
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Our Liability to Businesses
Our liability to business customers is limited. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or where it would be unlawful to do so.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for Consumers
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a complaint, you may submit your dispute for online resolution to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Notices
All notices to us must be in writing and sent to customerexperience@sialenrosad.com. Notices from us to you will be displayed on our website.

Invalidity
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective.

Governing Law
All transactions are deemed to occur in the United Kingdom and are governed by English law. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement
For business customers, these terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sialen Rosad Ltd. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by a director.

Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or technical issues.

Loyalty Points Terms
By participating in our Loyalty Programme, you agree to these terms. Sialen Rosad Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel the programme at any time.

Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional codes may be offered at the point of sale but cannot be combined with other offers. Specific terms apply to each promotion.

Competitions
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Astrid & Miyu and its partners reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. All decisions are final.
